Maybe you’re a practicing BigLaw lawyer and you’re not sure what to do next. Gridline offers one-to-one career advising for lawyers trying to figure out that next move. I bring the insights and experience of a former BigLaw corporate lawyer that left practice, plus 10+ years experience as a career advisor at Boston University School of Law and Harvard Law School. I offer practical advice and strategic goal-setting whether you are looking to make that next move right away or in the next couple years (see my testimonials).
I use my background and expertise to assist lawyers looking at a range of career opportunities including, but not limited to:
In-house jobs
Government jobs
Start-ups and solo practice
Corporate positions
Non-legal positions
Here is an overview of the scope of Gridline’s one-to-one career advising services:
Free first career advising appointment: We will start with a 30 minute free career advising appointment by phone, video or in-person (see my appointment scheduler). We will talk about your short-term and long-term goals in terms of your career planning, as well as how I can be most helpful to you as your legal career advisor.
Career advising program: If we find that I can be helpful to you as a career advisor, we will set out a plan for a series of sessions by phone, video or in-person (where possible). These sessions will cover a range of services, depending on the needs of the advisee.
